Kimberly has been commended by clients as “a gifted and insightful lawyer” who “is extremely capable in identifying important issues in the dispute, the frank discussion of which is often key to a settlement" (Client Feedback, Chambers USA 2022 Insight Report).
Recent mediation clients continue to praise Kimberly as “an impressive mediator and lawyer” who “asks tough questions and is extraordinarily well organized.” “She is whip-smart and really sharp.
